Mass Finishing

Micro Technica® Technologies GmbH provides advanced polishing and deburring technologies for industries that require high precision in mechanical parts of mass finishing, such as aerospace, automotive, medical and fine mechanics.

Compared to manual finishing the benefits of using Micro Technica´s technology are repeatability, constant quality, speed and cost-efficiency especially in mass finishing.

With more than 20 years of experience in surface finishing and precision machining they are focused on MicroStream® a leader in the field of surface finishing and edge contouring.

MicroStream® for mass finishing works by the back and forth flow of affirms but conformable, abrasive laden polymer based media. The media flowed across surfaces or through passages in a work piece at low moderate pressures.

A key feature differentiating MicroStream® from most other finishing processes is the possibility to control and select the intensity and location of abrading through fixture design and media selection.

With its highly sophisticated controls system, IPC represents a significant step forward to implement MicroStream® in mass finishing.
The new IPC reduces operation costs dramatically, offers efficiencies that improve process predictability, increase output quality which is essential for mass finishing production.
