The challenge

One of the most nagging problems that metal- working shops face is dealing with burrs.
A particular challenge is deburring of the intersection of cross-drilled holes.

The other challenge is very good quality and excellent repeatability of surface finish on all types of materials. Soft non ferrous materials as well as hardened tool steel, carbide ceramics and other need to be processed to surface roughness below micro inches.
Solutions

With more than 20 years of experience, we are able to offer an unrivalled service to help you achieve high quality product sampling - tailored to meet your individual criteria.

There is often more than one solution which will help to achieve your goal. Depending on cost/part and quality requirements we will offer you the best solution
MicroStream® Technology

Where complicated components with internal contours are concerned, highly accurate surface machining and precise edge geometries are decisive for cost-effectiveness and function. We are qualified to meet the highest standards. We have decades of experience and this combined with our incredible Micro Stream® AFM-System enables us to work with you for your benefit.
Micro Stream® AFM-System produces top results for precision deburring, edge contouring and polishing.
A special system based on this technology is the Automated Die Polishing System.

MicroPoly

There are some areas where methods such as manual, thermal, machining processes are either impractical or not suitable for quality, productivity or financial reasons - this is where MICROPOLY technology comes in.

This machining process can be used with all electrically conductive materials like steel, stainless steel, aluminium, non-ferrous metals, etc.

ECD (electrochemical deburring) and ECP (electrochemical polishing) are processes in which the material (burr) is removed by anodic dissolution. Since the tool and workpiece do not come into contact with each other during this process, no abrasion takes place, but burrs are removed, contours shaped and surfaces polished.

Micro Stream® MHC

When diameters shrink to sizes below ~ 0,8 mm (for spray nozzles etc.) another system helps to meet your requirements. Micro Stream® MHC for Micro Hole Conditioning is the system to meet these expectations.
EWT 2000

is a solution for ALUMINIUM industry and has become a synonym for reliable, safe Extrusion Die Splitting.
A horizontal splitter for Die sizes from 190-480 mm and a vertikal splitter for Die sizes from 350 to 1200 mm are provided.
